Management summary

Upon completion of the assessment, clients will receive a comprehensive Management Summary for each candidate.

This summary provides an in-depth analysis of the candidate’s scores, an overall recommendation regarding their fit for the role, and specific identified strengths and weaknesses.

What is measured?
